BellSouth lost again Tuesday in its fight to stop the city of Laurinburg and a Fayetteville company from providing high-speed Internet access in Laurinburg.Check it out in: Court Rejects BellSouth Complaint Against City's Internet Service.
A state Court of Appeals panel unanimously rejected BellSouth's claim that Laurinburg and Schoollink Inc. use the city's fiber-optic network to illegally compete against private industry.
It's a trend.
